Job summary

Cloudwise is seeking an International HR Business Partner based in Singapore to support overseas teams across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Hong Kong. You will drive talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and cross-cultural collaboration to scale our overseas organization.

You will partner with overseas leaders, define team structures, manage headcount and hiring needs, and localize HR processes in line with Singapore laws while aligning with global policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Psychology, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including at least 2 years in HRBP or international roles.
• Experience in multinational/foreign-invested companies; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Based in Singapore; familiar with Singapore labour environment.
• Fluent English; able to conduct English interviews and HR communications.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, OD, performance, ER, comp & benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support overseas organization planning across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Hong Kong.
• Partner with overseas leaders to define team structure, headcount, and hiring needs.
• Develop overseas sales, pre-sales, delivery, and customer support teams.
• Monitor overseas team effectiveness, talent pipeline, and stability.
• Own overseas hiring, focusing on Singapore, SEA, Middle East, Hong Kong.
• Localize and implement HR policies per Singapore and regional laws.
• Build overseas talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and talent maps.
