Job summary

Monks is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Director based in Singapore with experience selling marketing technology and other professional tech-based services to enterprise brands. You will provide a consultative experience, deep-diving into business needs, and develop strategic and technical solutions to address client requirements.

You will drive growth in existing and new client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of martech/adtech consultancy with clients
• Experience in enterprise new business sales across SEA
• Regional experience with local market cultures for client communication
• Strong knowledge of ad-tech/mar-tech stacks incl. marketing automation, CRM, DSPs, ad servers, analytics
• Hands-on experience with the tools is highly preferred
• Strong verbal, visual and written communication for proposals and presentations

Responsibilities

• Own your sales pipelines and opportunities in your portfolio
• Provide consultative expertise across platform capabilities, marketing strategy, and analytics
• Take sales from prospecting to close - outbound and inbound opportunities
• Accountable for strategic account planning and customer relationships
• Recognize/answer RFPs and communicate with customers
• Organize and manage RFI/RFP and prepare sales pitches
• Work with capability leads on growth strategies across markets
