Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support APAC across SEA, Australia, and India from Singapore. You will partner with leaders to drive talent strategy, improve people processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires a strong background in global HR, Workday, and change management, with the ability to navigate multiple time zones and cultures. You will be based in Singapore with hybrid work and occasional travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Human Resources with 5+ years as a people partner in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
• Experience operating across a global matrix, fast-paced, US-headquartered company.

Responsibilities

• Partner across all functions and leadership teams on people matters with a future-focused mindset.
• Interpret regional strategies and integrate them into HR roadmaps with actionable plans.
• Support HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Coach managers on talent management and development, while mitigating risks across regions.
• Navigate complex employee relations issues with fair, consistent approaches across time zones.
