Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking an HR Business Partner to support all functions with a regional focus across APAC. Based in Singapore, you will partner with leaders to drive talent strategy and execute across SEA, Australia, India, and other markets.

The role blends strategic advisory with day-to-day HR operations within a global matrix. You will manage employee relations, performance, rewards, and compliance, while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Experience operating in a Global matrix, fast-paced environment.
• Qualifications in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner across functions and leadership teams on people matters with a future-focused mindset.
• Translate regional strategies into HR roadmap with action plans.
• Promote positive employee relationships and uphold company values.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Assist in mergers & acquisitions HR activities, due diligence and integration planning.
• Coach managers on talent management and workforce development.
• Navigate complex employee relations and risk mitigation across regions.
• Drive employee experience improvements and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Provide benefits support across markets and respond to queries.
