Job summary

SharkNinja APAC is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead APAC-first kitchen products from concept to shelf. You will translate Asian consumer needs and culinary insights into breakthrough innovations, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-satisfaction consumer experiences.

The role requires 6+ years in product development, deep APAC market knowledge, and strong leadership with ODMs/OEMs.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in product development, product design, or related field, ideally within consumer products or kitchen appliances.
Proven track record of developing and commercializing consumer products from concept through mass production.
Experience working with ODMs, OEMs, JDM partners, or manufacturing teams.
Deep understanding of APAC cooking cultures and consumer behaviours.

Responsibilities

Lead the creation of APAC-first Ninja kitchen products from concept to mass production.
Develop deep knowledge of Asian cooking behaviours and culinary trends to shape strategy and roadmaps.
Define and champion product vision with KPIs, hero use cases, and compelling product stories.
Drive cross-functional development with ODMs/JDMs, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, Consumer Insights, Marketing, etc.
Lead product validation and benchmarking to ensure 5-star consumer experience.
Support lifecycle management balancing consumer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial objectives.
Mentor team members and establish APAC as a center of excellence for culinary product innovation.
