Figma is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales in Singapore to lead a high-performing APAC team. You will coach reps, manage retention and expansion, and drive forecast accuracy while aligning with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

This full-time role is based on-site in Singapore, with opportunities to scale our regional coverage and performance. You will build a strong, coaching culture, monitor key metrics, and champion data hygiene.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or renewals
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading teams across multiple markets or in a complex regional environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics (GRR, NRR, expansion rate) and sales tools (Salesforce)

Responsabilités

• Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives
• Lead team performance on retention and growth metrics including NRR, GRR, expansion, churn, and forecast accuracy
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection for the APAC region
• Use data to identify risks and growth opportunities and coach the team accordingly
• Collaborate with regional Sales Leaders, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and coverage
