Job summary

Figma is expanding its Solutions Consulting team in Singapore, focusing on APAC with GCR region. Senior Solutions Consultant will lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design, often in Mandarin for GCR customers, to drive revenue and growth.

Based in the Singapore hub, you will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft consultative strategies showcasing Figma's value and ensure secure, scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS organization.
• Native Mandarin (Chinese) fluency, written and spoken, with professional working English.
• Strong technology background, with frontend development or developer lifecycle experience.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and position solutions in presales, defining success criteria.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting and demonstrating products to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and demonstrate value through product demos and presentations.
• Support Sales by addressing platform questions and illustrating how Figma accelerates digital product delivery.
• Own IT and security relationships during the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security and influence the roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers with Sales and Product teams.
• Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners around the Figma platform.
• Work with Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Product teams to sharpen craft and share knowledge.
