Figma is hiring an Inside Sales Representative at our Singapore hub. You will manage existing customer accounts, drive renewals and expansions, and coordinate with Support, Billing, and Marketing to optimize the sales process.

This full-time role offers a path toward Senior Inside Sales Rep and AE roles within a fast-growing tech SaaS environment. You’ll need strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to learn new products quickly while navigating change.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for Senior Inside Sales Rep and AE roles at Figma.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities with a track record of prioritizing by urgency/impact.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies as we go.
• Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning, adaptable to frequent change, highly motivated to over-achieve.
• Proven ability to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for expanding subscription (adding products and licenses to existing accounts, upgrading to Enterprise Plan).
• Manage inbound billing requests, such as processing renewals and changing payment terms/methods.
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional partners such as Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.
