ST Engineering Training & Simulation Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable leader to oversee the daily operation of its simulation centre and to guide a team of controllers and technicians in delivering high-fidelity training solutions.

The role involves coordinating with OEMs, driving improvements, and ensuring training demands are met with exceptional reliability. You will manage resources, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, while also conducting

Qualifications

• Experience with simulation systems is an advantage.
• Education, training and instructional certification is advantageous.
• Experience in RSN ships or Class B pilot qualification preferred.

You will be a key member of the team to ensure the simulation centre is operated daily and seamlessly to provide critical training. In this role, you will be operating the cutting-edge simulators and also have the opportunity to be part of a development team to develop future simulation systems to meet training demands.

Qualities We Value

• Relevant experience working on simulation systems will have an advantage.
• Candidate with education, training and instructional certification and experience will have an advantage.
• Preferred candidate to haveexperience working inRSN ships or at least a Class B pilot qualification,
