Job summary

Wheelchair88 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a humble, patient Showroom Sales Executive to attend to customers and manage daily showroom operations for mobility equipment.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, empathy for seniors and people with disabilities, and the ability to demonstrate products, handle inquiries, quotations and orders, while keeping the showroom tidy. Candidates should be able to move equipment safely and work independently in a full-time, on-site role at CT

Job description

We are looking for a humble, patient and service-minded Showroom Sales Executive to attend to customers and manage the daily operation of our mobility equipment showroom.

Most of our customers are elderly people, people with disabilities or their family members. The successful candidate must be willing to listen patiently, treat every customer with dignity and provide clear explanations without using high-pressure sales methods.

This is a hands-on position covering showroom sales, customer enquiries, product demonstrations, customer follow-up, rental arrangements and general showroom operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to showroom visitors and enquiries through emails, calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers’ needs and explain and demonstrate suitable products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Keep the showroom and demonstration products properly arranged.
• Handle basic after-sales enquiries and support the showroom's daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and fluent English as a basic requirement.
• Physically able to handle and move mobility equipment safely.
• Willing to assist with reasonable showroom duties beyond sales.
• Respectful and comfortable when assisting elderly people and people with disabilities.
• Good communication and customer-service skills. Humble, patient, and responsible.
• Organised, consistent with follow-up, and able to work independently.
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Non-smoker.
• Product training and a long-term career plan will be provided.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Basic salary of S$3,000–S$3,500 per month.
