Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, administration, or supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to lead and supervise a sales team.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Target-driven and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily operations of the showroom and sales floor.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional product recommendations and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and identify ways to improve results.
• Handle orders, quotations, invoices, follow-ups, and after-sales matters.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and order documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, leave coordination, and manpower administration.
• Prepare sales and administrative reports for management.
• Monitor outstanding payments and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Ensure showroom displays and product presentation are maintained.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Train new sales staff on products and procedures.
• Assist management with general coordination and operations.
