Job summary

HERITAGE BATHROOM GALLERY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead the showroom sales team, drive performance and ensure top-notch customer service.

You will motivate staff, oversee quotations, and maintain excellent product presentation. Based in Singapore, the role requires coordinating with operations and warehouse for delivery, building relationships with designers, contractors and suppliers, and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales management.
• Experience in bathroom, sanitaryware, kitchen, lighting, renovation or related industries will be an advantage.
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a Sales team.
• Target-driven, responsible and proactive.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to showroom schedule when required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide guidance.
• Handle walk-in customers and assist with product selection and quotations.
• Maintain relationships with customers, interior designers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure showroom is well-presented and products are displayed.
• Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Assist the team in handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
• Monitor sales activities, promotions and product pricing.
• Work closely with operations and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery and fulfilment.
• Provide regular sales updates and feedback to management.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional environment.
