VENUS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of retail assistants and ensure smooth store operations in Singapore. You will drive sales for your product category, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards on the selling floor.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, effective selling, and collaborative teamwork, with rostered retail hours and a weekday off. Training, commission, and annual bonuses are included as part of the benefits.

Responsible for the sales of your category of products

Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

1 weekday off
