VENUS BEAUTY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a store supervisor to lead a small team of retail assistants and drive sales for our beauty product category.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves handling payments, refunds, and a six-day roster with hours from 10am to 10pm.

Job description

Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation

Responsible for the sales of your category of products

Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

1 weekday off
