Job summary

VENUS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a retail supervisor in Singapore to lead a team of retail assistants and drive sales in your product category.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain stock, ensure attractive merchandising, and uphold store standards throughout the selling floor. You will handle payments, refunds, and customer inquiries with professionalism, train staff, and coordinate rosters for a 6-day week (10am–10pm) with one weekday off.

• Proven ability in inventory management and merchandising.
• Capable of handling payments and refunds accurately.

Job description

Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation

Responsible for the sales of your category of products

Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

1 weekday off

Benefits:

2. Commission. Estimated about S$500 and above. Commission will be given based on personal sales
