AK RASOOL TRADERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a supervisory retail role to lead a team of retail assistants, drive category sales, and ensure smooth store operations. You will manage inventory, merchandising, and deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor.

The role involves a roster-based schedule (6 days, 10am–10pm, one weekday off) with training provided, commission based on personal sales, and an annual bonus plus leave benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products.
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards.
• Deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally.
