Job summary

VENUS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of retail assistants, ensuring smooth store operations and driving sales for our category.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service, handle payments and refunds, and maintain a well-stocked selling floor. Working hours are rostered 6 days, 10am–10pm.

Training is provided; benefits include commission (about S$500 and above), annual bonus, annual and medical leave, and grooming allowance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Roster-based work schedule and retail hours experience would be beneficial.

Responsible for the sales of your category of products

Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising

Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

1 weekday off
