VENUS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. is looking for a store supervisor to lead a team of retail assistants and drive sales in its beauty category. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and ensure top-notch customer service on the shop floor.

The role requires roster-based work, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. You will handle payments and refunds, with a 6-day roster from 10am to 10pm and one weekday off.

Qualifikationen

• Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supervising retail staff is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products.
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments, including cash or credit card transactions; handle refunds courteously and professionally.

Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards

Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Working hours:

6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)

1 weekday off

Benefits:

2. Commission. Estimated about S$500 and above. Commission will be given based on personal sales
