Job summary

PEOPLE ADVANTAGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales at the ID counter across multiple retail outlets. You will conduct daily stock counts, verify transactions with customers and cashiers, and reconcile stock sold against inventory records while following store policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales at the designated ID counter across assigned retail outlets.
• Conduct daily stock counts and record total daily sales accurately.
• Ensure all sales transactions are properly processed by verifying transactions with customers and cashiers.
• Reconcile stock sold against inventory records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and the Sales Representative Code of Conduct.
• Follow instructions from the Sales Manager regarding work schedules, sales targets, and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, cashiers, and fellow vendor sales representatives.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including existing and newly launched products, to provide customers with accurate information and suitable recommendations.
• Provide good customer service and actively promote products to achieve assigned sales targets.
