Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet Manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Rotate across positions to gain operation knowledge.
• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and upkeep.
• Generate daily sales reports and present to management.
• Plan weekly/monthly manpower schedules.
• Stock ordering and inventory control.
• Adhere to service standards and procedures.

Job Descriptions:

Receive training and perform duties

Assist Outlet Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations

Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the operation by rotating on each position

Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the outlet

Participate in initiatives to further improve service standards and procedures

Observe high standards of mise en place with attention to detail

Generate daily sales report and present to company's management

Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis

Perform effective problem solving skill when necessary

Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower

Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

At least 1 to 2 related experience years

Exhibit strong leadership skills

Cheerful, and fun-loving individual who likes communicating with people
