Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking warehouse professionals to manage receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations.

The role involves verifying orders, processing ERP transactions, and coordinating with quality inspectors to ensure accurate inbound materials and compliant shipments. Candidates should have a solid educational background (NITEC or equivalent) and experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform system transactions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical warehouse activities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and shipment documentation against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Perform visual inspection for damaged or incorrect materials and report discrepancies.
• Process receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Quality Inspectors for incoming inspection activities when required.
• Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations following established procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of shelf-life and controlled materials.
