Coherent in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations. You will verify quantities, record ERP transactions, and coordinate with quality inspectors to ensure correct materials and documentation.

The role requires good attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the willingness to learn; experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and shipment documentation against orders.
• Perform visual inspection for damaged or incorrect materials and report discrepancies.
• Process receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Quality Inspectors for incoming inspection activities when required.
• Label and store materials in designated locations; ensure shelf-life handling.
• Pick and prepare finished goods for shipment; process shipping transactions in ERP.
• Prepare packing lists and commercial invoices; coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards; support inventory accuracy and FIFO.

Education

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Secondary Education or equivalent
