Job summary

MNC Company in Singapore is seeking a Shipping-Receiving Specialist II for a 1-year contract. The role handles daily warehouse operations across receiving, locating, issuing, packing and shipping, with a focus on accurate processing of goods and inventory maintenance.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of warehousing experience, be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in warehousing operation or shipping/receiving.
• Able to multi-task and stay focused in fast-paced environments.
• Can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle transactions is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, locating, issuing, packing and shipping.
• Ensure incoming goods are processed timely and accurately.
• Maintain inventory via database entry and transactions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Liaise with Purchasing and Freight Forwarders on delivery/receiving of goods.
• Coordinate with Planning on shipments.
• Adhere to Safety and Quality policies.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in warehouse daily.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
