Job summary

ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to prepare shipping documentation and ensure on-time deliveries for manufacturing clients. You will liaise with forwarders and coordinate with internal teams to respond to customer enquiries.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics Management, 1–2 years shipping experience, strong communication, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail. A 5-day work week with OT. Based in Pasir Ris/Loyang area.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics Management required.
• 1–2 years shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
• A good team player with drive, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Frequent OT required.
