Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized Shipping/Logistics Support professional to process orders, generate invoices, and prepare essential shipping documents in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with customers and suppliers on order status, arrange daily deliveries with warehouse teams, and support fulfillment with timely communication. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in shipping or logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics support

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and promptly
• Handle purchase order processing and ensure correct documentation
• Prepare shipping documents including Commercial Invoice and Packing List
• Coordinate with customers to provide updates on order status and shipping arrangements
• Liaise with suppliers on order fulfillment and shipment schedules
• Work closely with warehouse teams to arrange daily delivery operations
• Support additional logistics assignments as required
