Job summary

GRIMM INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to establish schedules, issue shipping instructions to factories, and work with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure shipments are completed on time and per customer instructions. You will prepare shipping documents in English and Chinese, verify factory invoices before forwarding for payment, issue commercial invoices to customers, update clients on schedules, and generate reports for accounting and management as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish shipping schedules
• Provide shipping instructions to factories
• Coordinate with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure timely shipments and adherence to customer instructions
• Prepare shipping documents in English and Chinese
• Verify factory invoices before forwarding to management for payment
• Issue commercial invoices to customers
• Update customers on shipping schedules at defined intervals
• Prepare reports for accounting and management as required
• Handle any other assignments given by Management
