Job summary

GRIMM INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage schedules, issue documents, and coordinate with customers, factories, and forwarders to ensure on-time shipments in line with customer instructions.

You will prepare English and Chinese shipping documents, verify factory invoices before management approval, issue commercial invoices, and update customers at defined intervals, with additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Establish shipping schedule.
• Provide shipping instructions to factories.
• Coordinate with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure timely shipments per customer instructions.
• Prepare shipping documents (in English and Chinese) and issue them to customers.
• Verify invoice accuracy from factories before forwarding to management for payment arrangements.
• Issue commercial invoice to customers.
• Update customers on shipping schedule at defined intervals.
• Prepare reports for accounting and management when required.
• Any other assignments given by Management.
