Responsibilities

• Handle shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, DOs, commercial invoices, customs documents).
• Coordinate occasional schedules with local couriers, freight forwarders and 3PL transport vendors for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track outbound and inbound shipments, update order statuses and flag potential transit delays to internal teams.
• Verify carrier freight charges against quotes and process shipping invoices for approval.
• Act as main contact between company and Prime-Weld customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Generate warehouse picking lists and packing labels, verify orders against stock prior to staging.
• Liaise with warehouse supervisors and forklift operators to prioritize urgent orders.
