Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipment documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading), coordinate with the warehouse for export/import preparation, and liaise with freight forwarders to secure cargo space and arrange shipments.

Based in Woodlands, you will monitor shipment status, handle order modifications and returns, resolve discrepancies, and continuously seek cost-saving measures while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience
• Experience with import/export regulations and customs procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance
• To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks)
• Liaise with freight forwarder on cargo space and shipment arrangement
• Resolving any issue or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
• Monitor and follow up on shipment status
• Advise and provide freight cost to sales department
• Monitor shipping costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality
