Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is hiring SHIPPING/CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES/ADMIN ASSISTANTS to support East Area operations, with locations at Changi or Alps. The role offers 5-day or 5.5-day office hours and a salary up to SGD 3,800 depending on experience.

You will manage daily logistics, prepare shipping documentation, liaise with carriers and warehouses, and ensure timely delivery of goods, while handling invoicing, packing lists, and trade compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and logistics documentation preferred.
• Ability to liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses.
• Familiarity with export/import declarations and regulatory forms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export/import declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse teams for cargo pick-up and dispatch.

Manage daily logistics operations, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and export/import declarations.
• Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse teams to arrange cargo pick-up, space booking, and dispatch.
• Customs Compliance: Process customs permits, handle regulatory forms (such as FTA or health certificates), and ensure adherence to trade rules.
• Tracking & Support: Monitor shipment statuses, resolve delivery discrepancies, and update internal teams or customers.
• Inventory & Admin: Maintain shipping records, assist with inventory counts, and support general logistics administration.
