MEDS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a data entry focused professional in Singapore to enter data from source documents into our computer system. You will prepare, verify and process documents like delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The role involves coordinating with forwarders, shipping agents and internal teams, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and adherence to security policies.

Formación

• Minimum ITE or GCE "N" level.
• Preference to candidates with experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Business One would be added advantage.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
• Planning and organizing; attention to detail.
• Problem solving, decision-making skills, communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry in order to comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
• Minimum knowledge in preparing full set of shipping documents and permit declaration e.g. Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List , Good Receipt, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformance ,Bill of Lading etc.
• Liaise with the forwarders and shipping agents on the local outgoing shipments and export arrangement.
• Work cohesively with Customer Service and Warehouse personnel.
