Job summary

Zagro Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage import/export shipping documentation and LC negotiations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role requires knowledge of shipping procedures and strong attention to detail, based in Singapore.

You will coordinate with forwarders, customers, and banks, maintain records, and support ad-hoc projects. Candidates should have 1–3 years in shipping or logistics and a diploma in Shipping or related field, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
• Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge, LC negotiations and sales coordination.
• Coordinate and liaise with forwarders, customers, and banks on shipping-related matters.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Shipping Coordinator - LC Handling Required

• Handle import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge, LC negotiations, LC negotiations and sales coordination.
• Coordinate and liaise with forwarders, customers, and banks on shipping-related matters.

Requirements:-

• GCE O’ or A’ Level / Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
• 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
• Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
