Job summary

YASUDA LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a diligent Shipping Operator to manage daily export shipments, coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and other service providers to ensure timely and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and process shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Permits, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Notes, Shipping Instructions and Invoices, verify accuracy against letters of credit, and follow up on

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in NVOCC operations and shipping documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with proactive and positive attitude
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily export shipping operations.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Permit, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Notes, Shipping Instructions, Invoices and other relevant documents
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers and other service providers to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
• Check shipping documents carefully against letter of credit (L/C) and follow up on any discrepancies or missing information.
• Perform other shipping and operational duties as assigned by the management.
