Job summary

HELLENIC OVERSEAS MARITIME ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to support ship operations in Singapore. You will answer client calls and emails, assist with filing and recording ship requirements, and keep ship files updated with ETAs and supplier lists.

You will forward air waybills for ship spares to forwarders for customs clearance, record crew details and owner matters, and coordinate spares offloading with boat operators.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls and emails and assist with filing and record ship requirements
• Record ship ETA and particulars and update ship files with ship particulars, list of suppliers, etc
• Forward AWBs for ship spares to our forwarder/customs agency for customs clearance and update ship file
• Record in the ship file No of on/off crew, CTM and other owners maters and forward details to agent in charge
• Forward list of ship spares to be offloaded to boat operator and our forwarder for collection and record in ship file
• Receive DHL/UPS/Fedex couriers and update ship file and agent in charge and arrange dispatch of samples and small spares by DHL
