Job summary

You will liaise with ships, port agents, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely onboard delivery, monitor progress from purchase to delivery, handle urgent requests, maintain accurate records, and assist with invoicing after deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or ship chandling is an advantage.
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with tight vessel schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vessel deliveries and customer orders.
• Liaise with ships, port agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery schedules, job orders, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor order progress from purchase to onboard delivery.
• Handle urgent requests and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Update customers on delivery status and maintain accurate operational records.
