Job summary

Kingstate Maritime Agency (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Ship Agency Operations Officer to coordinate marine supplies, spare parts, repairs and technical services, liaising with shipowners, vessel masters and service providers to support vessel operations and port formalities.

You will handle ship arrivals/departures, bunkering, crew changes, and urgent matters outside office hours, with a focus on independent work, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in ship agency operations, marine supplies or related maritime services preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Responsible, flexible and willing to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Singapore port operations and willingness to attend urgent matters outside office hours.

About the role

As a Ship Agency Operations Officer, you will coordinate marine supplies, spare parts, repairs and technical services. You will liaise with shipowners, vessel masters, and service providers while supporting vessel operations and port formalities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ship supplies, spare parts, repairs and technical services

• Liaise with shipowners, vessel masters, suppliers and service providers

• Assist with vessel arrivals, departures, port formalities and ship agency operations

• Support bunkering, crew changes and vessel attendance when required

• Follow up on operational matters and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with other vessel assignments as operational needs arise

Benefits

• Salary: SGD 4,000 - SGD 5,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification)
