Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore seeks a Process Technician to ensure stable, efficient production by monitoring processes, solving issues, and collaborating with engineers and operators. You will support process engineering, focus on yield, quality, and defect reduction, and contribute to continuous improvement and EHS compliance.

The role requires a higher diploma with semiconductor experience, familiarity with MES and SPC tools, and willingness to work night shifts and be on-call for line support.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma with relevant semiconductor experience.
• 3-5 years in semiconductor, cleanroom exposure is a plus.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and modules.
• Familiarity with SPC and data analysis for problem solving.
• Ability to work with MES, process control and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; night shift readiness.
