Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or related hands-on experience in Probe manufacturing.
• Hands-on competence with semiconductor Probe equipment.
• Experience with structured problem-solving methods (5-Why, 8D, FMEA).
• Strong communication for shift handovers and cross-functional work.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver shift-based technical assistance for Probe equipment to ensure stable output.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance, BOM checks, and SOP adherence.
• Perform root-cause analysis using structured methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement and AI-enabled solutions with engineering teams.
