Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a Probe Manufacturing Shift Engineer to lead and manage shift technicians and contractors on the production line in Singapore. You will call out issues, train staff, and ensure SOPs are followed to maintain safety and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with data analysis and PFMEA.

Qualifications

• Must have a engineering degree with exposure to manufacturing and process tools.
• Experience solving complex problems using structured methodologies like 8D or PFMEA.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift technicians and contractors to meet production targets.
• Escalate line issues and drive corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Ensure SOP adherence and safety/quality training.
• Analyze data and perform RCA for equipment issues.
• Collaborate with production and process stakeholders on improvements.
