Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in Probe manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on technical competence with semiconductor Probe equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shift-based technical assistance for Probe equipment, including operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities and BOM checks to sustain equipment reliability.
• Conduct equipment data analysis and root-cause analysis to resolve recurring issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including equipment optimization and AI-enabled health monitoring.
• Promote safe and green working environment and document learnings for knowledge sharing.
