MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD invites applications for a Probe Shift Equipment Technologist who will play a critical hands-on role in enabling Parametric and Functional testing. You will ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, and data-driven improvements of Probe equipment to sustain yield and cycle time.

You will work with engineers, production and process partners to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on competence with semiconductor Probe equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving methods (5-Why, 8D, FMEA, Lean).
• Strong communication for shift handovers and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide shift-based technical assistance for Probe equipment to ensure stable output.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance including BOM checks and SOP adherence.
• Conduct data analysis and root-cause analysis to resolve equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives with engineering teams.
• Document findings and actions for knowledge sharing and long-term improvement.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve equipment health monitoring and efficiency.
