Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver shift-based technical assistance for Probe equipment: operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and recovery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance: BOM checks, consumables, SOP adherence.
• Conduct equipment data analysis and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement: equipment optimization, process stabilization, method improvements.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for equipment health and performance in collaboration with engineering.
• Maintain communication with production for priorities, handovers and issue resolution.
• Document findings and actions for knowledge sharing and long-term improvement.
