Job summary

The role requires establishing clear expectations, training, and continuous improvement across the group. You will drive training, SOP updates, and integration of AI-enabled insights to boost quality and efficiency, while collaborating with production, engineering, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Willing to work a permanent 12-hour day/night shift as assigned by supervisor.
• Experience with problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, PFMEA).
• Experience in semiconductor environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shift equipment technicians to achieve operation objectives.
• Ensure training and SOP compliance to eliminate safety and quality risk.
• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain close communication with production and process stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Establish and review SOPs to optimize operation processes.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
