Job summary

INFINIUM RECRUITMENT is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to support daily outlet operations in Singapore. You will take charge of assigned shifts, coordinate service crew, ensure high service and food safety standards, and assist the Outlet Manager with day-to-day operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B, the ability to lead a team during peak periods, and strong communication skills. Rotating shifts, 5-day week, and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take charge of outlet operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate crew deployment and assign daily duties.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods.
• Supervise and support service and kitchen crew.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues when required.
• Monitor food preparation, product quality and service standards.
• Ensure proper food safety, hygiene and cleanliness procedures are followed.
• Assist with cashiering and cash reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures.
• Complete basic shift records and operational reports.
• Train and guide new crew members.
• Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Support the Outlet Manager with day-to-day outlet operations.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
