Job summary

KFC Singapore is seeking a Shift/ Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure high-quality food and beverage, handle customer feedback, and lead staffing, scheduling, and training to meet targets.

You will manage inventories, maintain SOPs, supervise equipment, and enforce safety standards while driving sales through effective marketing execution and proactive team leadership.

Qualifications

• Min NITEC with 2 years of experience in F&B supervision.
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Email.
• Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
