Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team of service champions at our petrol station.

You will enforce Shell policies, uphold safety, and deliver high-quality customer service in the c-store and forecourt. You will oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and a professional station image. You will supervise inventory, train staff, monitor performance, and drive fuel and retail sales through upselling while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service champions to prioritize safety by enforcing Shell policies and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations at the petrol station to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor uniforms and appearance to uphold a professional image.
• Provide high-quality customer service in the c-store and forecourt and address customer feedback promptly.
• Manage team to uphold quality standards, oversee inventory, and maintain a clean station environment.
• Implement and enforce work protocols through training, performance monitoring, and audits.
• Drive sales through upselling in both fuel and c-store revenue.
• Flexibly cover shifts to ensure station operations are continuously staffed.

• Monitorand ensure that service champions' uniforms are clean, worn properly, and meetShell Uniform standards to uphold a professional image
• Providehigh-quality customer service in the c-store and forecourt, managing the teamto build strong customer relationships and promptly address any issues orfeedback
• Manageteam members to uphold quality standards, oversee inventory procurement, andensure the station environment is clean and well-maintained
• Implementand enforce work protocols and procedures through staff training, performancemonitoring, and compliance audits
• Leadthe team of service champions in engaging with customers, promoting products,and upselling to increase sales in both fuel and c-store revenue
• Flexibilityto work various shifts to ensure operational coverage and success of the petrolstation
