Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist customers with purchases
• Process transactions accurately at Point of Sale and ensure correct daily sales accounting
• Promote store promotions and upsell products to increase revenue
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and stock levels; monitor product expiry dates
• Coordinate with vendors and manage stock and storage for smooth operations
• Address customer issues promptly and communicate with Shift Manager as needed
• Follow safety protocols and store procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Deliver high-quality service and build rapport with customers across shifts
• Respond to low stock alerts and support inventory control
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and proper housekeeping during each shift
• Maximize sales opportunities through attentive customer service and upselling

General Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promoteand adhere to Shell policies and procedures to maintain a safe workingenvironment and uphold a culture of safety awareness
• Ensureuniforms are clean and worn properly to project a positive image anddemonstrate pride in representing the brand
• Providequality service by following C-store service steps: Greet guests, Checkpurchases, Share store promotions and upsell, Offer assistance, and Wishcustomers well
• Maintainsmooth day-to-day operations in the c-store by stacking, displaying, andreplenishing products on shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, managingvendor deliveries, and organizing product storage
• PerformPoint of Sales operations accurately, including cashiering duties and ensuringproper accounting of daily sales
• Addresscustomer issues or feedback promptly and communicate effectively with the ShiftManager as part of the communication plan
• Monitorand report low stock levels to the Shift Manager to ensure inventory issufficiently stocked
• Maintaina clean and organized station environment by conducting daily housekeepingtasks during each shift
• Deliverhigh-quality service to customers in the c-store and actively engage inbuilding rapport with customers
• Followsafety protocols and work procedures to ensure a secure and efficient workenvironment
• Drivestore revenue by promoting upselling of products to customers and maximizingsales opportunities
• Flexibilityto work various shifts to support operational needs and ensure exceptionalcustomer service throughout different times of the day
