Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer to support SharePoint migration and develop practical solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role focuses on migrating content from SharePoint 2013 and SG-DCS to SharePoint Online while building business applications and workflows and collaborating with business users and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Online: sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration — assessment, execution, validation or remediation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools.
• Basic Java or Type development skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues systematically and work directly with users and technical teams.
• Strong documentation, testing and communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with willingness to learn and take guidance.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse, Power BI or Copilot.
• Exposure to information governance, records management, retention and access control.
• Experience in government, regulated or security‑conscious environments.
