Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a service operations associate based in Clementi to manage quotations, customer records, and documentation, and to coordinate with haulers, shipping companies and Customs on permits for import/export shipments.

You will prepare reports and invoices and ensure accurate closure of job files. The role requires organization and reliability, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm and alternate Saturday mornings.

• Process Customs / Trade Net permit declarations for import and export shipments.
• Liaise with haulers, shipping companies, and Customs on shipment and permit matters.
• Prepare reports and invoices, and ensure proper completion and closure of job files.

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm), Alt Sat (8:00am - 12:00pm)
