Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
• At least one year of shipping industry experience preferred; candidates without experience may apply.
• Exposure to vendor invoices, payments or settlement processes beneficial.
• Strong data-handling and analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; Looker or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with digitalisation, automation or process improvement beneficial.
• Organised, adaptable and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good interpersonal, written and presentation skills; ability to work across teams.
• Willingness to adopt new digital tools and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental settlement process, verify vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Analyse settlement and cost data and prepare relevant reports.
• Support the development and implementation of efficient invoice-processing systems.
• Manage equipment write-offs, total-loss cases and reinstatements per policy.
• Coordinate end-to-end disposal of container assets.
• Participate in digitalisation, automation and cross-functional process improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and propose operational improvements.
• Support other duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:
